Becoming a Client
Step 1: Initial Contact
The first step is to get in contact with us! Whether it be over the phone or email, we want to find out a little bit more about you. We will either send you our Personal Financial Profile or an online link to an encrypted site where you can enter in all of your information (see video below for more). Want to setup an appointment? Click on the "Schedule an Appointment" link below and we will reach out to you.
Step 2: Initial Meeting
The purpose of the first appointment is for us to gather information and get to know you and for you to learn more about us. This usually results in a second appointment where we discuss recommendations and whether to move forward. There is no cost to these initial meetings. The appointment is usually an hour long and can be in person or on Zoom. Prior to the appointment you will receive a documentation request checklist. You can bring these documents to the appointment or provide ahead of time. These documents can include: the prior year tax return, mortgage statements, current investment statements, social security estimates, mortgage, debt balances, etc. By sharing this information about yourselves with us, we can help guide you to financial success.
Step 3: Followup
After the initial meeting we will work to create a plan that best fits your needs. There are different ways in which you can work with us, and we hope to create a strategy that feels right for you. There will be a second appointment where we present our recommendation. If this is how you wish to move forward we will proceed to the next steps.
