John operates his business by the Golden Rule: “Doing for others what you would want them to do for you.” This involves working with clients to develop a sensible plan followed by thoughtful implementation and monitoring. In this, John may utilize individual stocks and bonds, mutual funds, ETF’s, managed money, annuities, life insurance and/or long-term care insurance. He says, “Life changes, needs change; let’s keep planning.” John has been married to Deborah for over 40 years, and they have three children and seven grandchildren. John enjoys electrical, woodworking, as well as keeping up his own cars, and is active in his church and community. He has a master’s degree from Multnomah University. After three years with Washington Mutual, John became a financial consultant in 2000 with Series 7 and Series 66 Investment Advisory securities registrations, and Washington State Insurance license.
