Lael, who joined the team in the summer of 2025, balances her time between managing the front desk, welcoming clients in person and on the phone, and providing administrative support to the advisors. Raised in Utah, she relocated to Washington state in 2016 to be closer to family members in the PNW and western states.
Lael met her husband Brian by chance while he was on active duty in northern Utah and together they travelled the United States and parts of Europe, welcoming a son along the way. They have been married for just over 40 years.
When not in the office, Lael enjoys long walks, gardening, exercising her creativity through visual art and home improvement projects, and spending time with her family. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Art & Graphic Design from George Mason University.
